| Youth is one of the key target groups for WAAC. Young people are particularly vulnerable to Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), including HIV, and this risk is increased when coupled with alcohol and other drug consumption. |
K.I.S.S (Keep It Safe Summer)

The K.I.S.S program has been developed by staff and volunteers from WAAC and aims to minimise potential harms associated with unsafe sexual behaviour and alcohol and other drug use to both Leavers and the host community during end of school year celebrations.
The project will take place in a number of key locations including Rottnest Island, Perth and Dunsborough. The K.I.S.S program is designed to provide target group with information and resources to minimise potential harm resulting from various risk taking behaviours.

Freedom Centre - Supporting the Health and Diversity of Young People's Sexuality and Gender.

| The Freedom Centre is a Peer support and information service for young people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, Trans*, Intersex, Queer or questioning their sexuality. The Centre is open for drop-in sessions that provide a safe social space for young people to meet others who have similar experiences around sexuality and gender, and to get peer support and information.
